Currently, the Governor has a max capacity of 2,500 people in a 68,000 outdoor stadium or 3.6% of total capacity. However, the Rivers Casino, which obviously is right next door to Heinz Field has a 50% limit. In speaking with people from the Casino, this is roughly 5,000 people allowed at an indoor facility at one time. I am having a hard time in following this logic, especially since 15,000 fans were allowed in Ohio on Sunday and 6,700 fans are allowed in Buffalo on Saturday. It is definitely safer to go to a Steelers game than going to a packed Wal Mart.
