The mental health impact of the pandemic is affecting children of all ages. One in four teens globally are experiencing clinically elevated symptoms of depression. If you suspect that your teen is struggling with symptoms of depression, there is often an urge to “fix” things. While you can’t make the depression go away or make your teen want to get better, there are some things parents can do. The Helix program is designed to keep teens in school throughout the entire 12-week treatment. Group sessions are scheduled twice each week from 3:30-6:30 pm, and the individual sessions will be scheduled once each week. Our team will connect with your teen’s school to ensure we are working collaboratively to support their education as we prioritize their mental health.

The goal is to help your teen find success while in our program and to help them return to (and reclaim) their life once they have completed the program.
