cox has had to put up with two years of training with me. The biggest, most differentiating super power he possesses aside from his gentle heart? Consistency! Tired, beat up, he still managed to find time to train. It’s no surprise he’s racking up hardware and soon to be playing baseball at the next level.

has been with me for about six months and he loves to train- he has the drive and the commitment to be better and all district honors is a testament to that! Looking forward to the offseason of adding size and strength- and hopefully even more hardware for the next season!
