Minuteman Disaster Response

Thanks Newsradio 1150 KSAL for the shoutout to our volunteers who are serving in Salina, KS. We’re honored to be there and to be a part of the recovery process for the community.

At the request of the Kansas Division of Emergency Management, MDR has deployed volunteer teams to Salina, Kansas, to support ongoing recovery efforts following severe storms earlier this month.

Volunteers are focused on tree and vegetative debris removal, helping homeowners address large, damaged trees and debris that require specialized equipment and technical skills to remove safely.

The Salina response marks the 81st deployment for MDR. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with KDEM and local officials to help bring hope by serving this community.
