This closing has such a cool full-circle story behind it. There is just something special about getting a phone call from the builder who built our home years ago in Louisiana… asking me to help his family with a piece of land here in Texas. 🥹

Real estate ain’t always glamorous… 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Just spent what felt like 30 minutes trying to get my sign in the ground. Y’all… this Texas dirt is HARD AS A ROCK. I’m pretty sure my tiny self looked like I was having a hissy fit , jumping up and down on that sign over and over trying to get it to budge. 💪🤣

I’m also about 99% sure the neighbors (or somebody’s Ring camera) got a front-row seat to the show. You’re welcome. 😂

Sure, it’s 100° outside, but I’ll take sweating through my clothes while putting up a NEW LISTING over freezing my tail off putting one up in January any day! And honestly… it’s a whole lot better than not having another listing to put a sign in at all.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go rehydrate… and hope nobody posts that Ring footage. ☀️🏡

Closing Day is always special… but this one meant a little extra. ❤️🏡

Today I had the privilege of helping the sweetest family make their next move. They have the two cutest little boys, and one of the things I love most is that they love their neighborhood so much, they decided to stay right there—just in a different home. I absolutely love that. ❤️

What makes this closing even more meaningful is that they came to me as a referral from one of my past clients. There truly is no greater compliment than having someone trust you enough to recommend you to the people they love. That kind of trust means more to me than I can ever put into words, and I am so incredibly grateful.

Now… let’s talk about the really important stuff. 😂 My client and I realized we were both wearing our Tory Burch Miller sandals, and then our escrow officer walked in wearing hers too! Three women. Three pairs of Millers. I’d say that’s a sign this closing was meant to be! 🤎👡 Great minds (and great style) think alike!
