Eat your protein or you’re going to destroy your metabolism.
Want to gain muscle/get toned?
Eat your protein! Can’t build muscle without protein & that’s a FACT.
Now that you get the point, what do you do next?
Figure out how much protein you need per day and divide that by 3-4 meals. 👨🏫
For example👩🏫
Let’s say you need to eat 100g per day
That’s 3 meals 33g of protein.
Let’s call it 30 to keep it SIMPLE.
This meal took me 5 minutes to make
1. Taste delicious
2. Has 30g of protein
3. Super satiating
