Downtown McKinney Rebuild

We took this one from demo and design through a full rebuild. The original 1,680 SF single-story home was demolished, the slab was retrofitted, and we rebuilt it into a 2,700 SF two-story — adding over 1,000 SF of livable space and updating the design to a more modern layout.

Starting the new year by sharing a laundry room remodel we recently wrapped up.

This project included a full relocation of mechanicals, all new custom cabinetry, including a built in dog crate with a custom wire mesh door, updated tile flooring, and vertical shiplap paneling to bring added depth and character to the space. We finished it off with the Visual Comfort Rosehill Semi-Flush fixture, tying everything together with a subtle but elevated design detail.

A highly functional space that now feels intentional, refined, and built to last. Grateful to kick off the year highlighting work like this and looking forward to what’s ahead.
