The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership AEYL is proud to highlight the success of our partnership with Maverick Power, LLC in McKinney as part of our commitment to supporting industry engagement aligned with International Data Center Day 2026.

Through the AEYL Career LifeLaunch Workforce Program, participants receive targeted professional development, workplace readiness training, and career exposure designed to prepare them for in-demand industries.

We are excited to share that our partnership has a 100% hiring success rate; hiring candidates who interviewed for direct hire roles after completing the AEYL:Career LifeLaunch Workforce readiness program. This outcome reflects both the dedication of our participants and Maverick Power’s investment in developing local talent.
