Ok team were a lil behind but its only because Purespeedtraining had to make sure they got their days right! Look for days and times! Its also beach weekend workouts! So if youre looking good to show up this is the last couple days to get in before it's time! Here we go!

Monday: harlon block sports complex in weslaco from 630-730pm

Tuesday and Wednesday: mcaullife park from 8-9pm

Thursday and friday: harlon block sports complex in weslaco from 630-730pm

Saturday: SPI TRAINING DAY 1! From 5-6pm

Sunday: SPI TRAINING DAY 2! From 3-4pm!

Ok Purespeedtraining team and ALL valley athletes! We are STILL ACCEPTING atheltes for the BEACH TRAINING SESSION at SPI on the 23rd and 24th of this month! Again if ypur looking to show up, its 30 per day and if you have already paid for the month this session is free for you! All you need to do is show up!

For those of you looking to be apart or take part or make and early payment to be sure you can get in on this session you can cash app or zelle me and I can give you my information so we can set up arrangements and lastly if you have siblings we will work on price for you! Hope you can come out!

Wednesday: Nikki Rowe track for a track workout starting at 630!

Thursday and Friday: weslaco at the harlon block sports complex from 630-730pm

Saturday: private session (first call or message first served)

Sunday: Harlingen at the Harlingen sports complex but time is TBD and finishing in weslaco! Time also later told.
