Our residents had an amazing, hands-on session with one of our wonderful partners, Progressive Therapy Alternatives, to learn the ins and outs of our fitness center equipment!

They received expert guidance on how to use machines safely and effectively to reach their health goals. It’s all about staying active, confident, and strong!
