Each appointment it just gets better and better! This particular client loves to change it up, we go dark, we do fun colors and now we are blonde! I appreciate her patience and understanding with the process it takes to make these changes gradually and she understands my main concern is the integrity of her hair. • I need 48 hrs or more notice if you need to reschedule or cancel (you get a reminder 72 hrs prior to your appt) I need this amount of time to try and fill your time slot.
• This isn’t personal, this is business…this is my livelihood, not my hobby. This money (my job) pays my bills and when I have last minute reschedules or cancelations, this affects me financially.
