SUS SAUCE

Not the most beautiful picture but this was the first experiment with coffee infused vinegar. I didn't use blueberries but blackberries instead with fresh habaneros. Also added some blood oranges into the mix. So far the taste tests have been very good. This is a sauce that would be perfect on pulled pork, pork chops or carnitas.
