Hi, I’m Sandy.

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always been passionate about movement, learning, and living an active lifestyle. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether hiking, biking, or simply staying active in nature.

My Pilates journey became especially meaningful after multiple ACL injuries and knee surgeries. Through Pilates, I discovered a powerful way to build strength, improve mobility, and support joint health while staying active. The benefits I’ve experienced firsthand have inspired me to help others move with greater confidence and feel their best at every stage of life.

As a certified Pilates instructor, I am committed to continuous learning and creating classes that help clients build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and embrace the benefits of healthy aging through movement.
