BE THE GOOD IN THE WORLD !
”Last night, while waiting to board our plane, Carter Jean was being her usual inquisitive self wanting to meet and say “hi” to everyone she could, until she walked up on this man.
He reached out and asked if she wanted to sit with him.
He pulled out his tablet and showed her how to draw with it, they watched cartoons together, and she offered him snacks.
This wasn’t a short little exchange, this was 45 minutes.
Watching them in that moment, I couldn’t help but think, different genders, different races, different generations, and the best of friends.
This is the world I want for her.
In a country that is so deeply divided by beliefs, I want her life to be filled with moments like this... not liberal or conservative republican or democrat, socialist or capitalist, just HUMAN.
Joseph from Samsungus in Oklahoma, if this should happen to find you.
Thank you for showing my daughter what kindness and compassion looks like.
Continue to shine your light in the world.”

PRO Tip Monday: Did you know the ‘Jumper’ carries beverage from the keg to the wall bracket or wall panel and is a very different material than the product lines in the black trunk? Jumpers are soft, pliable and porous. That means that over time this material picks up flavors and aromas in those pours. In these pictures you see jumper material that is only 18 & 30 months old and cleaned properly their entire life. We see jumpers as old as the systems themselves and this is likely driving revenue down. It’s harder to see money no one spends but would have than the money being spent on investment of quality. While your trunk can last a decade and a half and maybe more the jumpers are meant to be swapped every 12-24 months. Because they soak up all those flavors and aromas they can be bacterially clean and still effect the flavor of the product. In beer, for example, old jumpers dull the bright notes of hops and mellow the richness of many malts and aromas. If we cut one of these open, even after cleaning, it would smell like old stale beer. Folks may not complain, but they’ll buy less. If your jumpers are older than 2 years consider asking your draft company to swap them out (using STAINLESS STEEL tail pieces, NOT Chrome). This is not an expensive thing to do to invest in, and one must invest to earn more and sustain that more. Quality and attention to detail drive revenue growth and profit on that revenue. -Cheers!
(Ps bonus: they don’t have to be 8 feet long and 3/8” internal diameter. Try making your jumpers shorter and with 5/16th ID to make your cooler more manageable and reduce waste at cleaning which both mean more revenue and higher profit)
