Back in the 80’s I couldn’t afford a proper movie camera but I was able to save a few bucks to pick up this old wind up Bolex 16mm camera. I could only shoot just under 30 seconds at a time per wind, and it was noisy, but it was something. It was much more challenging making films in the days before video cameras.

Welcome to my new FB Photography page. As many of you already know I run Crystal Lake Pictures whose focus is primarily wedding photography and wedding videography. This new page will be an area that I use to promote my non-wedding type photography or filmmaking, everything from portraits, events, to just cool stuff I capture with my camera.
