Resurrection Mason

As our week with Appalachia Service Project comes to a close, our hearts are full of gratitude.

This week, our team had the privilege of serving alongside homeowners, volunteers, and staff in Hazard, Kentucky. We repaired homes, shared meals, built new friendships, laughed often, worked hard, and witnessed God's love in countless ways.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, encouraged, supported, and followed our journey throughout the week. Your prayers carried the team through each day and reminded all of us that we were part of something much bigger than ourselves.

As the team begins the journey home, we ask for your continued prayers for safe travels. Pray that God would bring everyone home safely and that the lessons learned, relationships formed, and faith strengthened this week would continue to shape us long after we leave Hazard.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and for the ways God has been at work in and through this team.

Today the team heads out for their final day serving at their work site! There is no doubt God has been working alongside this amazing team throughout the week.

As they finish their last projects and prepare to head home tomorrow, thank you for continuing to partner with them in prayer.

Our team serving with ASP is gearing up for Day 2. Thanks for holding them in prayer today! Enjoy a few highlights from their first day at their work site.

This past Sunday we had communion "Take and eat; this is my body." -Matthew 26:26 I will forever be with you.

In a world shaped by anxiety, uncertainty, and constant change, Scripture repeatedly reminds us, "Do not be afraid." Together, we will explore what it means to live with courage rooted not in our own strength, but in trust in God's presence and promises.
