Today we celebrate Rob Keller and his incredible 30 year anniversary milestone with Bayer Becker. Rob began as a co-op in 1990 and has been a cornerstone of our team ever since. A proud University of Kentucky Wildcat, Rob works out of our Ft. Mitchell office and is a familiar face throughout our Northern Kentucky communities. It takes great people to build a lasting career—and great people to make it worthwhile. Congratulations, Rob!

Please congratulate Greg Bayer on his 40-year journey with Bayer Becker. Greg began his career on the survey field crew at just 19 years old, and he’s been a steady and reliable presence ever since. Over the years, he’s worked out of our Fairfield and Covington offices and now in Mason, spending the vast majority of his career in the field—where his dedication and expertise have made a lasting impact.

Greg has played a key role in helping our team transition to a paperless workflow, demonstrating not only his adaptability but also his commitment to continuous improvement.
