I work with women who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your current struggles while building practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I integrate talk therapy with deeper, body-aware and insight-oriented approaches to help you reconnect with your voice, your values, and your sense of self. My goal is not to “fix” you (because you are not broken) but to help you feel more steady, empowered, and aligned in your own life.
