Afternoon vibes at Thank you for supporting our nonprofit!

At LEAD Training we’re celebrating the students, educators, and local employers shaping the future of Ohio’s workforce in October, and always.

Through hands-on learning, site visits, and pre-apprenticeship experiences, our students are discovering the wide range of opportunities manufacturing offers — from advanced technology and design to production and logistics.

We’re proud to partner with local manufacturers like E-BEAM Services Inc., Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc., , Festo, , and Monti, Inc. — organizations that open their doors to students, share their expertise, and help them connect classroom learning to real careers.

Together, we’re building confidence, skills, and pathways that prepare students for success in Ohio’s growing manufacturing industry.

With summer coming to an end, we decided to highlight some of our new team members!

Rachel is our Marketing director! Assisting with LinkedIn promotion, business management, and analytics - Rachel has been such a wonderful addition to our team! Her smile is contagious, as is her work ethic. She is getting ready to graduate at The University of Cincinnati with a degree in Marketing! Congrats, Rachel!

Sophia is our Social Media Intern! She has been working throughout the summer on graphics, flyers, and content creation! She is a senior at Little Miami and plans on graduating with an Associates in Communications! She has been truly wonderful to work with and brings a lot of fun energy into the space!

Alysa is our Artist intern! She spent all summer working on the beautiful mural in our office! She is so lovely and such a talented young woman! Her positive outlook is radiant and we are truly lucky to have her on our team!
