The art of pulling out a dent.
How do we do it? 👀🔧

First, the damaged area gets sanded down to bare metal so the technician can work directly on the surface. This removes paint and helps create a solid connection for the tools used later.

Before welding anything, a grounding clamp (sometimes called a “magnet breaker”) gets attached to the metal panel. It completes the electrical circuit for the welder and helps prevent electrical shock or damage while welding.

Next, small metal tabs or pins are spot welded onto the dented area. These tiny pieces act like anchor points.

Then a pulling tool, often a fork-shaped slide hammer or dent puller, attaches to those welded tabs.

From there, the dent is slowly pulled outward little by little instead of forcing it all at once. This helps reshape the metal gradually and keeps the panel as smooth as possible.

Once the shape is restored:
✨ the welded tabs are removed
✨ the area is smoothed out
✨ body filler is applied if needed
✨ then primer, paint, and clear coat bring it back to factory look

Crazy how much precision goes into fixing what looks like “just a dent.” 🚘
