Training on the chair is a go-to for my clients because you can isolate each shoulder blade, each side of the body and upper, middle and lower back muscles, both individually and collectively.
1️⃣This gives you such an effective way to bring awareness to the back of you body (something many of us lose touch with)
2️⃣ you’ll instantly strengthen those muscles and chains of connection
3️⃣ having a trained eye over you helps know how to activate those muscles without strain.
