I realized that this sweet girl hasn’t been officially introduced! Sugar is an older junior broken opal Mini Satin doe. I am super excited to see how she does on the show table and in our breeding program! I wish we could’ve gotten a better picture, but she would rather not have to pose! NFS

Had the cutest lil guy trying to sneak out of the nest box tonight!
Meet Chip! He and his 3 siblings had a little rough start as Cashew took a little too much when she was cleaning them at birth. They’re missing some ears and a few toes, but they aren’t letting that stop them from growing like weeds and being as cute as can be!

Yeahhhh… I don’t think you belong there! 😂
Watching these guys grow is the absolute cutest thing! I’ve been super behind on posting the Mini Satin babies, so here’s a sneak peak for you! The does have been doing a great job and I can’t wait to see how these turn out! Lottie gave us 3 babies with Lt. Dan. Thing 2 has 4 babies with Lt. Dan, and Cashew has 4 babies with Thunder!
We will have some of these available later this summer into fall!

⭐️Showmen Spotlight⭐️
Leah has been working hard with her Dutch doe, Rosie, that she got from Bluff View last spring!
We are so proud of you! Congratulations on Top Junior Showman at the Monroe County Fur, Fin and Feather Show!
These cuties will be 👀 for new 🏡 within the next 2 weeks! Even split of 3 bucks and 3 does, if I saw correctly! No show DQs minor faults on 3 but the rest look great! Fully pedigreed, out of a gray buck with one ARBA leg and a chinchilla doe. Should be super cute once they mature! PM with interest!

It’s been said before and it will always remain true, but raising livestock isn’t easy or for the faint of heart. A few months ago, we were filled with joy for the upcoming breeding season, hoping we had worked out the issues that caused so much loss last year. Unfortunately, we hit another string of hard luck. Off the bat, Lottie, one of our Mini Satin does didn’t take, along with Bleu, our proven holland, later on.
Our sweet and sassy Cleo was bred to Thunder, and unfortunately had a hard time with labor and we lost her and the 2 babies she was able to deliver. We had lots of hope and we were so eager to see what these babies would become but God had other plans for them.
Fortunately, we still have all 6 from Jennay who are doing well and healthy, but we keep telling them how ugly they are (😉). Missy also delivered us 3 dutch babies and as a first time mom she has doing great! These are all wins that we are holding onto. We have a few more does within the next couple weeks and we will continue to do our best! Even in this hard time, it has been great to keep in touch with my mentors and friends in the rabbit world.
