Dustin and his work were featured in a Festival News Brief /news release by the Salina Arts & Humanities, as a Demonstrating Artist for River Festival 2012. He will be demonstrating art through forging techniques on June 8, 9, and 10th in Salina, Kansas at the Smoky Hill River Festival.

Natural Pigments congratulates Julio Reyes for his painting, 'Tread Softly', winning the Draper grand prize at the 2012 International Portrait Competition last week. The awards was announced at The Art of the Portrait conference Gala Banquet on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel.

Julio uses Rublev Clours Artists Oils and Mediums in his work, and he commented on their use:

"In 'Tread Softly' I could not have achieved the level of sensitivity and expressiveness I desired from my materials, without using Rublev’s line of aritsts' oils and mediums."
