I think everyone knows what unpredictable times we are in; be it the 'rona, weather, or just life.
Not now, nor ever, will I charge a cancelation fee for my services. There may be a time where I need to cancel for life and I wouldn't expect to pay my clients for not being there. Humanity comes before profit, always.
