The Sea Box Delivery

Wake up to temperatures in the teens like we did?!🌡❄️ We've got you and dinnertime covered with a jalapeño corn and haddock chowder.
Warm up on this chilly day with a cup or bowl [no judgement here] of this chowder, and top with to really turn up the heat 🌶

Jalapeño Corn and Haddock Chowder
• 2 Seabox Haddock fillets
• 1 jalapeño
• 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
• 2 jars of snows clam juice
• 1 large yellow onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 4 or 5 red bliss potatoes
• 2 Tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning
• Salt pepper
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 cups half n half
• 4 cups of whole milk
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley , save some to garnish

Add butter and onion to pot, sweat down for 5 minutes,  add garlic, do not burn. Deglaze the pan with clam juice at a high heat. Add potatoes and fish. Simmer until fish is cooked. Let pan cool down a bit,  add half n half and milk, and all the spices. Add corn and jalapeño. Simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Enjoy!
