NEXT MONDAY November 28th we will begin our off-season training program for all Youth and HS / College level athletes.
This off-season program offers high level speed & agility training, plyometrics, strength and conditioning.
This program will take your game to the next level whether you’re a youth athlete looking to lift for the first time, a high school athlete looking to train in the off-season, or a college athlete looking to make the most of winter break.

8 WEEKS WORTH OF SPEED ⚡️
Since the start of the season, our athletes have been consistently improving with a combination of technique work, plyometrics and sprinting workouts.
The sprinters averaged an improvement of .30 seconds which would be the difference of .20 in a 40-yard-dash 🤯
