Spectrum Control

Last week during our Technology Summit, our team took time to step outside the office and into something truly meaningful: a day of service at a local shelter supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

We connected with 40 residents, 20 men and 20 women, through games of bingo, where we handed out Dunkin Donuts gift cards to the winners, and served up ice cream sundaes that brought out a lot of smiles. Some of our team also rolled up their sleeves to help paint the shelter’s fence, bringing a renewed sense of warmth and welcome to the shelter.

What began as a volunteer opportunity quickly became a humbling and powerful experience. It reminded us that while innovation drives our work, compassion defines our culture. We're proud to be part of a team that leads with both heart and purpose. This week, our Spectrum Control team gathered in Boston for our Technology Summit, a week of innovation, collaboration, and forward thinking.
