First and foremost, thank you.
For the past nine years, you’ve allowed us to serve you, celebrate with your families, and be part of this wonderful community. Owning this restaurant has always been about more than serving food—it’s about building relationships and giving back to the people who have supported us from the very beginning. We are truly grateful for your continued support.

To every customer we’ve ever let down, we sincerely apologize. We especially want to apologize to the customer and her niece who experienced the unfortunate incident with their food. We know how upsetting that must have been, and we are deeply sorry. As soon as we learned of the situation, we took immediate action by completing an extensive deep cleaning, working with our professional pest control company, and continuing our monthly treatment program to ensure our restaurant remains clean and safe.

This past Monday, the health department visited our restaurant to conduct an inspection. The inspector did not observe any signs of an active pest issue during the visit and also provided us with additional recommendations to help prevent future problems. We are implementing those recommendations, along with continuing our regular cleaning, inspections, and pest control program, because we are committed to doing everything we can to help ensure this doesn’t happen again.

We understand that trust is earned through consistent actions, not just words. We are committed to learning from this, improving every day, and providing the clean, safe, and welcoming experience our customers deserve.

To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to earn your trust and continue serving this community for many years to come.
