Meet Teresa!! ❤️
She came to FIT2help with a great knowledge of fitness because she had personal trained with Mackenzie Hall before Mackenzie moved! 💪💪
Later she came to FIT2help to regain her strength so she could better help her wonderful husband. Sadly, after he passed away, she said she realized God knew that she would need to focus on her strength and wellness.
I am so thankful to walk along side her in this time, to encourage her and see her regain her strength both physically and emotionally!
She is as fun and determined as her pictures show, one special lady!!
