Braden Pfeiffer Racing

Friday night we headed up to Macon Speedway for the WFO Micro Series. Unfortunately one lap of qualifying and we lost the engine. So we loaded up headed back south and Saturday put the A-class engine back in. Then headed south some more to Southern Illinois Raceway. Braden decided he wanted to run A-class wing and non-wing. Wing heat he started 5th and finished 4th. Non-wing heat he started 2nd and won. He was to start the A-class A-main in 7th but the car would not move. We thought we broke something in the clutch or transmission. As the feature was headed out, we noticed the nut was gone from the engine sprocket which let the sprocket slide off the splines. Naturally, no spare. Thank you to Mabry Racing for hooking us up with one, as well as the restrictor team, not sure who it was, that offered to take theirs off after their race was over. Braden started 3rd but fell back, he was getting comfortable and started picking up a lot of speed, but just as he threw a slider on one car, another car spun right in front of him and with no where to go we left with a broken front axle. As of right now the plan will be to be at Highland Speedway for the WFO race in a couple of weeks.

Well if there is bad luck to be found, we can find it. Had to scratch from the A-class A-main, car is fixed for the non-wing A-main.

Picked up the heat race win in non-wing. Will start 3rd in the A-main.

A-class and nonwing tonight.

Hurt the engine at Macon Speedway-WFO last night, not sure the extent of the damage yet but our wing outlaw program is currently on hold. However, the A-class engine is back in. Headed south to Southern Illinois Raceway tonight. A-class wing or non-wing TBD.
