I am blessed to be able to partner and work alongside such a great and large group of people across the country. Yesterday evening I was humbled to see myself on this list at #14 unexpectedly, after recently getting back to serving clients more regularly at the end of September with this organization. Then again this morning I was able to help 2 more families. Amongst them was a daughter in Texas. Her dad and step-mom live here in Indiana. And this story coincides along with a previous post I have made on the topic of “insurable interest.” Her biological mom had just passed away this past Thursday. There was nothing in place to help with the painstaking responsibility surrounding sending her mom to her forever home to say goodbye properly. This left a mess that she had to take care of on her own. She also realized that if, God forbid, something should happen to her dad and step-mom, all of the stress and financial burden would most likely fall upon her. So she took it upon herself to get coverage on them.
