Gente, que momento!

Depois de 10 anos morando nos EUA, finalmente estou na porta da minha própria casa. 🏡

Sou corretora hĂĄ quase 6 anos e, mesmo conhecendo o mercado por dentro, fiquei um bom tempo pagando aluguel. NĂŁo porque nĂŁo podia comprar. Porque ainda nĂŁo tinha me organizado para isso.

Foi sĂł quando parei de ignorar os nĂșmeros que entendi: o aluguel carrega tudo junto, imposto, taxa, HOA. No fim, Ă© dinheiro que vai embora todo mĂȘs sem construir nada.

Sometimes the hardest part of relocating isn't finding a place.

It's finding a place that actually makes sense for your life.

I had clients recently, a Brazilian couple coming to LA for work. Two jobs, two completely different parts of the city. They came to me with a neighborhood in mind, and honestly? It wasn't going to work for them. The commute alone would have made their routine exhausting before they even settled in.

So instead of just sending listings, I dug in.

I looked at both destinations, mapped out the reality of LA traffic, factored in the ongoing construction on major routes, and repositioned the search entirely. Then I went in person, visited the options, filmed everything, and gave them a real picture of what each place would feel like day to day.

We landed on a 2bed/2bath in Culver City. Washer/dryer in unit, two-car garage, AC, and a location that actually splits the difference between both commutes.

This is the part of my job that doesn't show up in a listing. The thinking, the positioning, the honest conversations before a wrong decision gets made.
