Too much salt can increase blood pressure, which is a leading risk factor for ❤️ disease and stroke. An estimated 2.5 MILLION deaths could be prevented per year if everyone lower their 🧂 consumption to the recommended limit of 5g / day.

In collaboration with Hocking Valley Community Hospital, OUHCOM Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program will be providing a women's cancer screening clinic on Tuesday August 28th 9am-3pm at HVCH 601 St. Rt. 664 N Logan, OH Services are available for all women uninsured, underinsured and insured. August is National Immunization Awareness Month (NIAM). Immunizations represent one of the greatest public health accomplishments of the 20th century.

During our Thursday Immunization Clinics (2:30-5:30 pm) we provide FREE vaccines for children and teens without insurance, with a Medicaid insurance plan or Native American or Alaskan (2 months through 18 years of age).
