Garlic & herb lamb chops recipe!

Today humbled me. MY CANOPY ALMOST BLEW AWAY !! THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED I HAD TO PAY $300 to get one damn leg fixed smh

The rain came down hard. My tables got soaked. My supplies blew away. Food had to be protected. Everything I worked so hard to prepare was put to the test.

There were moments today where I looked around and thought, “Man… I wish I had my food truck already.”

A food truck isn’t just a dream to me anymore…it’s protection from days like this. It’s the chance to serve my community without worrying if the weather is going to shut me down. It’s one step closer to building something that can last for my family.

But even through all the rain, I didn’t quit.

I kept serving.
I kept smiling.
I kept believing.

Every plate I sell gets me one step closer. Every share, every preorder, every donation, every word of encouragement reminds me that I’m not fighting this battle alone.

One day I’ll look back at videos like this from inside my own food truck and remember exactly what it took to get there.

Until then… I’ll keep showing up. Rain or shine.
