Feeling happy, connected, and hopeful after completing Part 1 (Understanding Attachment & Stopping Our Negative Cycle) of the Hold Me Tight Workshop Series. Couples learned their negative dance, held space for the raw spots and deeper emotions of their experience, and received a road map of how to exit their cycle and begin to engage in more meaningful and restorative conversations. We look forward to Part 2: Re-Engaging & Forgiving Injuries. I love this work! 🙏🏻💗
