At our holiday party, Melissa Banko, our Founder, awarded seven team members with an award to best represent each of our core values! 🥰

Our core values are at the heart of each firm in the BD Studio Collection Portfolio, showing that from design studio, to procurement agency, to the "spoon that helps stir it all," our people exude these ideals no matter their focus! (or no matter their work).

🦄Katie (Spark)- A pillar of the Red Pen Procurement team, Katie brings positive, can-do energy and expert knowledge to her team, our clients, and our vendors each and every day, making her the SPARKIEST of them all!

👟Jessica (Tenacious) - Jessica is not only one of our talented lead designers at Banko Design but is an all-star team member that has a willingness to jump in if the team needs and always has her eye on the ball. We can always rely on Jessica to make it happen!

🦁Glen (Unmatched) - A core member of our BDSC Accounting team, Glen's positive attitude is UNMATCHED! Glen brings patience, reliability, and trustworthiness to our organization, and we are lucky to call him a teammate!

🤘Sophia (Driven)- As a junior designer at Banko Design, Sophia embodies passion and dedication to building her career and our brand! She asks all of the right questions and gets the job DONE! Let's just say, this gal is going places (and perhaps on her donkey)!

🔥Taylor (Innovative)- Taylor, one of our star marketing team members, is always raising the bar! She helps us think outside the box, keeping us ahead of the game on all things marketing.

🏆Chad (Outstanding)- This guy goes above and beyond every. single. time! If you want a seamless install with a natural problem solver, great communication, and perfectly hung art, Chad's the install manager you want!

🫶Jan (Service)- A leader amongst the Banko Design team, is selfless with a true gift to put others first! She is the first to volunteer and lend a hand to those who need it!
