On today’s episode of Throwback Thursday, I want to mention this guy.
Benji is a Delta One Blackbelt, an undefeated boxer and an amazing friend.
During his time training with us he taught me as much as I ever taught him.
He pushed his training partners, made everyone around him better.
These pictures were taken at the WCCC first mud run. We got first and second place and yes he beat me by 30 seconds.
These two pictures fully show our relationship. Focused and cracking up.
