We are accepting new students for weekend or weekday/evening lessons! Come ride reiners with us!! Private Riding Lessons are still $65 per hour but, if you buy a lesson card for $450 (good for 10 private 1 hour lessons) the hourly lesson cost goes down to $45 per lesson and you have 6 months before it expires! Lessons can be on our horse or yours. Also, we are working on updating our website with online scheduling and PayPal for your convenience. Christmas is just around the corner and our lesson cards are sure to make excellent gifts for the horse lovers in your family! 11/16/2017

A horse must not only learn to accept the bridle they must learn how to soften and give to it. This is not about creating a "headset" or forcing the horse into an unnatural position, it's about teaching the horse as an athlete how to carry themselves to achieve the greatest amount of balance and power. This 7 year old mare has been improving at this every day. She has gone from fighting the bridle, and therefore herself, to beginning to relax and accept it. It is sometimes hardest to teach an older horse with bad habits that a human has created than a young horse that has never been touched. #burgerperformancehorses #priceranch 10/13/2017
