Update: cottonwood tower has been restored as if 9:30am Saturday morning

Outage: we are working on our Spicewood and cottonwood towers as of 9:01 am Saturday morning

Zeecon staff will be monitoring conditions and network performance closely though the coming extreme cold and winter weather that is expected over the next few days. We will respond to whatever service issues may arise as long as it is safe to do so.

If icy conditions cause power outages at tower sites and we can safely get to them, we have generators to keep things running.

Towers, cables, and antennas becoming covered in inches of ice can cause service degradation or complete outages for some customers. Again we will do what we can. Everyone's safety always comes first.

We do have cellular hotspots available for this interested in having a backup internet connection. You can message us about details and we will try to get one to you.
