Last Friday, our CAF Service Committee delivered something simple, but meaningful.

Handwritten notes and small stuffed animals were shared with residents at local assisted living and memory care communities. Each note was written by a CAF team member with one purpose: to remind residents they are seen, valued, and cared about.

This effort is especially close to our hearts, as many of us have had loved ones in these communities. We understand how much small gestures can mean to residents and their families.

We’re proud of our team for showing up and supporting our community in a quiet but impactful way. 💙

As we look back on this year, we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

Grateful for our CAFers.
Grateful for our community.
Grateful for the chance to give back in ways that truly matter.

From food, hygiene, coat, and sock drives… to highway and trail cleanups… to honoring veterans, donating blood, and caring for sacred spaces. These moments reflect the heart of our team and the values we stand behind.

None of this happens without people choosing to step up, give their time, and care for others beyond their day-to-day work. That’s something we’re deeply proud of.

As the holidays approach, we hope this serves as a reminder of how powerful small acts of service can be when we come together.
