Dancers, it’s time to lock in. We are thrilled to announce our 6-Week Technique Training Summer Dance Intensive at Amped to Dance. If you're ready to push your boundaries, refine your skills, and train with serious focus, this is exactly where you need to be.

This intensive is specifically designed for older, experienced dancers who want to elevate their craft over the summer months.

- Ballet & Jazz (Core precision and style)
- Modern (Fluidity and expression)
- Leaps & Turns (Power and technique)
- Strength & Conditioning (Endurance and injury prevention)

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: This training is REQUIRED for all dancers on the ATD All Starz Performance Team.
