Let me introduce you to Ava. 💜
When Chris and Michelle reached out, Ava was 17 months old and waking 4–7 times a night, with short, inconsistent naps during the day. Her parents were completely exhausted, and Michelle was getting just 2–3 hours of sleep a night.
