We started out the process going to our bank just to get an idea of what a budget might be. The bank rep was aggressive, pushy, didn't listen, was trying to get us to do a loan outside what we felt comfortable with, and trying to get us to take an approval on their time when we weren't even ready to LOOK yet. Thankfully, our Relator had a few options for us to take a second look at. And we found Jeff! Jeff was kind, LISTENED, did not push, asked questions, answered all our questions, and he went off OUR time. He was very accommodating, understanding, and was soooo thoughtful when the process was over. He made the Loan process so much more comfortable and helped us reach our goal. Now because of a fantastic team with Jeff as our Loan Officer, we have a new to us home. And Could not be happier. Thank you Jeff!!
