Taking the "For Sale" sign down at 4741 Edgewood Ave N over in Crystal MN has me reflecting a bit. Listing a home in our current Twin Cities market is a completely different experience than it was a couple of years ago. The frantic rush has settled into a much more deliberate rhythm, which means successfully selling a house now really comes down to patience, realistic preparation, and a solid strategy.
