My philosophy is that a good agent should make you slower at the start, not faster. Most of the pressure in real estate pushes the opposite direction. I’d rather you spend real time understanding your numbers and options before anything moves fast. Every client I’ve seen regret a decision was rushed into it somewhere along the way.
