Ashley & Kevin’s honeymoon to Saint Lucia hit an unexpected snag when a long airline delay meant they would miss their once-in-a-lifetime helicopter transfer (helicopters don’t fly after dark).

Because I was already tracking their flights, I jumped in immediately — rebooking their arrival transfers and moving their helicopter experience to their departure day, so they could still enjoy it as the perfect farewell to their honeymoon.
