I have come to accept that I am aging.

I have seen a lot of changes in the business world since I was the 22 year old young girl trying to find her place in this work world. Life and society has shifted in so many ways and directions.

Now, relationship building is a lot more than just hanging out with a few folk. Especially if you are a black woman, you have to jump through so many more hoops. Technology is a green eyed monster, compared to the old days. It is meant to make your business run smoothly, but it requires a lot of focus and learning.

I love the connections I have made. I love the fact that I can assist in life changing growth programs for people. For that I am grateful. However, as I age, I am looking for ways to give my best, but also preserve some time and energy for myself and my family.
