Caffeinated Canine Rescue

We learned about several dogs seized during a cruelty case worked by the devoted ACOs and asking for help. This little dude was struggling at the shelter and was dirty, covered in fleas and mats. He is now in our care and with a foster, decompressing and looking forward to a full groom.
