Always bringing good vibes

Although I stayed connected to fitness throughout 2024, my competitive goals took a back seat. My training wasn’t where it needed to be, many meals were missed and early in 2025 I genuinely questioned if I’d ever compete again.

With the help of some incredible individuals in my corner, I found my way back. I’ll always be grateful for the people and challenges that shaped me and set the foundation for a memorable 2025 season.

Now, we continue to carry the lessons learned into 2026 for what absolutely can and will become an even better year both on and off the stage.

Don’t underestimate what can accomplish in a year.
