Title: Materials Handler
Location: Manteca, CA
Pay rate: $15.00
Shift Hours: Sunday-Thursday (getting off Friday AM) Graveyard 11pm-7:30am
TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Checking products in each truck to make sure they are frozen
• Arranging products in the trucks
• Picking orders – pulling light weight boxes and frozen items from racks and placing them on carts
• Moving carts throughout the freezer and to the loading area
• Keeping the freezer clean and organized – box break down, plastic pick-up and sweep
• Offloading products (1000 + cases; 5 – 40 lbs) from a semi every 7 to 10 days & stocking the freezer
• Loading the product from the carts and arranging them into the 8 to 10 freezer doors of up to 25 trucks
• Conducting Truck and Freezer Inventories
• Offloading products from trucks and placing them into the freezer

Looking for 15 General Labor for a minimum 2 week job assignment.

Title: General Labor
Pay Rate: $12.32/Hour
Shifts:
(2nd shift) 2:30pm-11:00pm
(3rd shift) 10:30pm-7:00am
Location: Oakdale, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Expert in PowerPoint
Intermediate skill in Excel
Proficient in Word and Outlook
Must be able to work in a production environment
Strong written communications (professional emails, letters, etc.)
Experience in teaching/training others
Experience in documenting training content
80% of the time will be at a desk and 20% of the time will be on the production floor
Bilingual in Spanish/English required
Operational experience required (i.e. having experience in a factory/production environment)
Lead and support the plant in the launch of Autonomous Maintenance
Schedules and organize meetings
Other duties as assigned by manager
Flexibility and adaptability -- Must be able to deal with sudden changes in scheduling; working long hours as necessary; filling in on other positions to help out when needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
o May be asked to work in cold or hot conditions to support end user needs; environment may require wearing protective clothing; May be asked to work in areas with loud noise and will require the employee to wear protective ear plugs
o Other conditions include flour dust, wet floors, occasional smoke and fumes, occasional fumes from cleaning chemicals (ammonia)
